Feladatok:

• Respond to incidents and provide resolution in the SLA target time
• Handling ServiceNow incidents assigned by Enterprise service desk
• Tier 1 EMEA group for Channel application related issues
• Providing Tier 2 support by Troubleshooting Channel application related issues based on published KB articles and based on consultation with Tier 3 and 4
• Make outbound calls to Region 2 Channel as part of troubleshooting
• Take remote session of end user system as part of troubleshooting
• Assign unresolved incidents to specified groups as per KB articles
• Translate documentation to English and end users language
• Coordinating with Tier 1 and appropriate application teams to understand the issue and assist resolving the ticket
• Creating and reviewing KB articles
• Support Tier 1 analysts
• Taking over incoming calls from Tier 1 with „warm handshake”
• Taking L1 incoming calls whenever it is expected from your direct leader or delivery manager

Elvárások:

• 2 years of experience Service Desk/ IT customer support roles in technical environment
• Fluent German knowledge + fluent English skills (we will test during a language call)
• At least high school degree, preferably higher education
• Ability to provide training / guidance to team members
• Windows Client & Server support experience is an advantage
• Online application support experience is an advantage
• Windows Client & Server support experience is an advantage
• Java based application support is an advantage
