  • To coordinate the implementation of the assigned accounting task related to asset accounting determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing team of independently working employees.
  • Review of assigned work from team members and ensuing adherence to control and compliance framework.
    • Engage and leads the team to effectively reach the operational targets
    • Builds relationships with stakeholders and acts as first escalation point
    • Sets controls and drives process improvements to maximise efficiency
    • Organizes workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to learn repetitive tasks
    • Manages performance of team, set targets, evaluate results
    • Fosters collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes
    • Acts as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teams
    • Manages one homogenous team up to 20 employees



    • Manage regular operation related to asset accounting like depreciation analysis & approvals, accrual & provision journals and smooth month end closure process
    • Set up of strong review and sign off mechanism for all the activities handled with in Process
    • Ensure timely and accurate closure of books
    • Manage GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements
    • 100% compliance with Balance sheet reconciliation within timelines and quality
    • Identify process improvement and Automation opportunity in process
    • Ensuring timely creation and update of SOPs for all activities
    • 100% Adherence to KPIs/ SLA’s
    • Understanding and performance of SOX Controls with no failures and Ensure SOX controls are maintained, including formal annual sign-off as well ensure adherence to Group accounting policies and review/update specific policies
    • Handle statutory and other audits related to the process.
    • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the process
