    • To participate in the development and implementation of a regional strategy to promote the value propositions of the company’s current and future brands
    • To develop, in coordination with the local commercial leaders, a local price and reimbursement strategy aligned with the regional objectives
    • To prepare the necessary documents to support the negotiations with the various stakeholders in the reimbursement and pricing process
    • To take part in the local pricing and reimbursement strategy
    • To take part in the local business development strategy (future portfolio)
    • To monitor market dynamics, prepare business scenarios
    • To monitor local implementation and report progress to HQ
    • To maintain and expand business relationships with local payers and advisors, such as: pricing and reimbursement authorities, health insurers, patient associations, HTA bodies, tender organizations, and other payers
    • To act as local contact point for all the market access related questions
    • Define the strategic actions to the changing market environment, find innovative solutions on how to accelerate the company’s products entering the market and proactively maintain and optimise access
    • Work closely with other functions such as Medical and External Affairs to build networks with decision makers and leverage influence through joint programmes of action
    • Ensure collaboration with HQ and maintain an awareness and understanding of the impact of local affiliate decisions on the company’s global business,
    • Anticipate and influence Contracting & Tendering situations.
    • Support the country CM and MM in defining and implementing affiliate strategy - Provide strategic and operational contribution to the long-terms business planning process



    • Understand the local pricing rules (IRP, NRP, tenders)
    • Understand the local reimbursement rules (hospital, reference groups, etc.,) across various types of drugs (originators, Gx, biosimilars, value-added medicines)
    • College or University degree in Economy, Finance or Healthcare Management or another relevant field
    • 5 years’ experience of working in senior analyst or operational market access position responsible for pharmaceutical product access to market
    • Complex calculation, analysing different scenarios
    • Healthcare environment in Hungary including sufficient knowledge of payer and provider mechanisms, funding flows and legislation affecting market access of pharmaceutical products
    • Thorough understanding of health care systems, in order to have an EU perspective when making local affiliate decisions
    • Marketing knowledge is nice to have
